Our Ordering Process
Processing
Each product is handcrafted, involving carving, inlaying, and finishing, which takes approximately 3 – 5 business days to complete. Products ordered on a weekend will go into production the following week. Once your order is finished, it will be prepared for shipping.
Personalization
If you choose a personalized product, we will contact you to ensure your design is crafted exactly how you want. Please note, a personal engraving will add one additional business day to your order timeline. Want to personalize your order? Read more about personalization here.
Shipping
After the production period, your order will be shipped by your choice of either USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
