Our Ordering Process
Processing
Each product is handcrafted, involving carving, inlaying, and finishing, which takes approximately 3 – 5 business days to complete. Products ordered on a weekend will go into production the following week. Once your order is finished, it will be prepared for shipping.
Personalization
Each product can have a personal message engraved on the back. Please note, a personal engraving will add one additional business day to your order timeline. Want to personalize your order? Contact us through the link at the bottom of this page before placing your order.
Shipping
After the production period, your order will be shipped by your choice of either USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
