Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@gertywoodworks.com and include your order number.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Return Shipping: Customers will receive a return shipping label, and the item must be returned in the original shipping container.

Exclusions: Personalized items cannot be returned. We will work with you to make sure any personalized items are designed to your specifications before they are created and shipped to you.
